I finished phase 1 about 10 days ago and have been doing pretty well. But yesterday I caved and ate several tea bisquits and today I ate terribly all day.
Should I just continue with phase 2 tomorrow and get back on track or should I follow phase 1 again? I don't know if my "pig out" caused any weight gain because I haven't weighed myself for 4 or 5 days. What do you guys think? Thanks.
