Tasty Tuesday Menu, September 13, 2005
Just so I don't confuse anyone, I am floreing this week due to being sick Monday.
B: cheerios (dry) (2 pts)
L: potato soup (2 pts), sprite (4 pts), crackers (2 pts)
D: potato soup (2 pts), sprite (4 pts), plain baked lays (4 pts??)
S: bread (1 pt) and peanut butter (3 pts?)

Breakfast - grits & a egg
Lunch - Tuna Salad sandwich and some kind of dessert
Supper - garlic crusted pork loin, brown rice, sugar snap peas
Snacks - banana, grapes, popcorn

lunch-
scrambled egg, cuke, banana, tomato slices, cheese, skim milk
supper-
chicken breast, potatoes, carrots, salad, ff dressing, skim milk
snacks- still havent tried out my new popper yet,,tonight I will,

The party's over - time to get back in the core groove!
Breakfast: 2 packages of plain instant oatmeal (god forbid I should go hungry), sliced banana, light cream, decaf coffee
Lunch: LO broiled burger, mashed potatoes, corn
green/red grapes
Snack: apple, sf/ff yogurt
Dinner: no idea yet - need to get dh to defrost something!

Breakfast: Shredded wheat and bran with skim, splenda and a banana
Lunch: LO Core meatloaf with LO Core mashed potatoes; cantaloupe
Snack: Some kind of smoothie with skim
Dinner: Large Spring Mix salad with tomatoes, mushrooms and FF honey dijon; Not sure what else since I have a busy day.

i'm trying to shake up my metabolism. so i'm wendie'ing this week.
