Default Ketchup?

Last night I boiled some shrimp and made a ketchup based sauce (where was my brain). This morning my blood sugar was up a little. Anybody know of a good tasting sugar free ketchup? If I have to I can live without it.

Hi ProudMom, in our house Ketchup is a vegetable! My DH could not go without it... DH is on Atkins, as a result he is doin "low carb" whilst I do "slow Carb SB".. We picked up Carb Options Ketchup. You can find it with the regular ketchups. It has a blue label...and is sweetened with Splenda.. 1TBSP is 5 cals. 0 Fat, <1 g sugars/carb. 0 protein. I really can't tell the difference in taste.

Wow, thanks schatzi. I haven't eaten ketchup in FOREVER. I used to put it on everything. I became a mustard kid instead, or just left my green beans and eggs (yes, you read that right, but not at the same time of course!) naked. But if I really want it, now there's an option! woohoo.

Heinz One Carb is the one I have been using. It is made with Splenda and tastes great! It is all I keep in the house now and my son loves it.
