I saw in the good fats, good carbs guide that tomato soup was allowed, but when I checked at the store, even the low-sodium kind had corn syrup in it, which is a definate no. Try instead to make a tomato-sauce or diced-tomato based soup with beans, or even chili! And I found that generic tomato sauce had no sugar added, so i just doctored it up with spices to make pizza sauce. Good luck!
