Your yogurt has lots more fat including saturated fat. Yes, Dannon plain has more sugar but it comes from the lactose in the milk which is allowed. Yours has cream and modified cornstarch which would not be allowed on phase 1.
The cornstarch would be fine for phase 2 but you would still want to avoid the cream. Compare this one that is a good phase 2 yogurt:

INGREDIENTS: Fat Free Milk, Flavor Base (Vanilla and Crème Flavor with Other Natural Flavors, Food Starch-Modified, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Potassium Sorbate as Preservative, Annatto for Color, Yellow 5), Whey Protein Concentrate, Food Starch-Modified, Gelatin
Or the ingredients on the Kroger Lite French Apple Pie:
cultured pasteurized nonfat milk, apples, modified corn starch, whey protein concentrate, natural flavors, gelatin, tricalcium phosphate, phosphoric acid, citric acid, pectin, agar, cinnamon, sucralose, caramel color, acesulfame potassium, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3
Yours is only 60 calories but that is for 4 ounces while the 80 calories in mine is for 6 ounces.
If you have already purchased yours then I would think you could use them occasionally on phase 2. I have to watch my cholesterol and so it is very important that I watch my saturated fat.
So would a yogurt with 70 cal and these ingred (0 fat) be ok then??
