Your yogurt has lots more fat including saturated fat. Yes, Dannon plain has more sugar but it comes from the lactose in the milk which is allowed. Yours has cream and modified cornstarch which would not be allowed on phase 1.

So would this not be good for phase 2?

The cornstarch would be fine for phase 2 but you would still want to avoid the cream. Compare this one that is a good phase 2 yogurt:

Blue Bunny Lite 85 Vanilla Creme
Serving size 6 ounces
Calories 80 Calories from Fat 0

% Daily Values**

Cholesterol Less than 5mg 2%
Sodium 90mg 4%
Potassium 260mg 7%
Total Carbohydrate 13g 4%
Sugars 8g
Protein 6g 12%

*Contains less than 2% of these values
**Percent Daily Values are based on a 2000 calorie diet.
Your daily values may lower depending on your calorie
needs:
Calories: 2,000 2,500

Cholesterol Less than 300mg 300mg
Sodium Less than 2400mg 2400mg
Potassium 3500mg 3500mg
Total Carbohydrate 300g 375g
Protein 50g 65g

INGREDIENTS: Fat Free Milk, Flavor Base (Vanilla and Crème Flavor with Other Natural Flavors, Food Starch-Modified, Citric Acid, Sucralose, Potassium Sorbate as Preservative, Annatto for Color, Yellow 5), Whey Protein Concentrate, Food Starch-Modified, Gelatin

Or the ingredients on the Kroger Lite French Apple Pie:
cultured pasteurized nonfat milk, apples, modified corn starch, whey protein concentrate, natural flavors, gelatin, tricalcium phosphate, phosphoric acid, citric acid, pectin, agar, cinnamon, sucralose, caramel color, acesulfame potassium, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3

Yours is only 60 calories but that is for 4 ounces while the 80 calories in mine is for 6 ounces.

If you have already purchased yours then I would think you could use them occasionally on phase 2. I have to watch my cholesterol and so it is very important that I watch my saturated fat.

It looks pretty good for phase 2. I normally try to avoid added fructose. That is the only thing I am noticing in it.
