Does anyone know what is milled flaxseed?

It's a very good source of lignans, EFAs and fiber. You should keep it in the fridge.

You can use it in baking to sub. for whole eggs or for fat (oil, etc.). Also can add it to yogurt, granola, etc.

It has sort of a nutty taste.
