I didn't gain much weight during my pregnancy infact i only gained 20 lbs and went straight back to my normal weight after having an eight pound boy. The problem though is my stomach looks bigger and i just can't seem to get it too go down. So i was just wondering if any of you had any excercises to help shrink my waist down.
Kat -- You still have a ways to go before you reach your goal once you lose a fair amount of weight your stomach will shrink....It's not the exercise that will make you lose your middle but your food. You must have a good food plan that will help you melt the fat away around your middle and everywhere else for that matter. This doesn't mean that exercise won't help, you definitely need exercise for all around weightloss, a combination of cardio and weight training will definitely melt away the pounds...
