Anyone tried the Chicken Mole in the SBD cookbook? - 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Looks interesting. I think I may try it but wonder if anyone else has and what they thought. I am thinking of making pasta for the kids to go along with or would rice be better?

I tried it tonight but was out of the chili powder so I made it without. LOVED it. The recipe is a keeper. The kids loved it too. I served it over Jambalaya rice for them. I think the next time I make it, I may add a can of black beans.

I made it last summer and it was a HUGE hit! I am a Mole FREAK, and it has to be good. This was REALLY good. I probably added more chili than it called for, and I don't use sugar free peanut butter or anything, but I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!!!
Edited to add that Mole is usually served with tortillas. And rice and beans. But I just eat the Mole. YUM! Got me a HANKERIN' NOW!

My husband and I tried it and hated it (and I really like Mole sauce) not a fan of this recipe

I have to agree with becod9. It was really nasty and I love mole sauce and peanut butter. Don't know what it is about this recipe but it was really bad.
