Chinese Food and Phase 1
Hi everyone!
Just had a quick question: we had a big Chinese lunch at work today and I thought I was being great by eating only their steamed veggie thing. But when I mentioned this to someone else later, they said 'Oh Chinese veggies are loaded with carbs, there is cornstach in the broth they cook them in' I didn't eat any of the broth per se, but the veggies were certainly in this broth (you all prob know what I am talking about). I've been strictly on Phase 1, no cheats at all, and so I'm a little worried...any help here?
