Well, just because it's Friday the 13th, I won't let that scare me off plan!
b: 2 scrambled eggs with onions and peppers, glass of milk
l-1: baked potato with FF sour cream and cheese
l-2: cup of black beans with jalapenos and chopped tomato
d: roasted chicken, salad with FF 1000 Island, milk
And a lot of water. I didn't get it all in yesterday and even though I exercised, I was up a pound this morning. Probably from all that eating yesterday!!
