Hi,
I worked out extra today because of a lazy weekend. I did 65 min on the ellypitical and 20 min on the tread mill for a total of 6.5 miles. I am going to try and do pillates tonight but I am a little tired.

After a lazy morning I came back and actually did my exercise this evening! Yay for me!
50 minutes bike (I was reading a book and didn't want to stop so I did another program)
23 minutes treadmill
ab work (I HATE IT...I'm not sure if I even have abs!!!*hehe* Of course with how much those stupid exercises hurt, I have to have something under there)

Good job ladies! Keep up the good work!!
Amber

Wednesday:
jogging outside, about 3.7 miles (close to 6K!), including some hills! I can't believe I made it that far, and I did it in about 43 minutes, which is the same amount of time it took me to just do 3 miles a couple weeks ago. Finally I'm getting faster!
half-assed ab work (I need to spice up my ab routine, it's getting boring)
