sn: Diet A&W
l: low-carb tortilla with 1 oz. Boarshead Peppermill Turkey and FF mozzarella (1 pt for the turkey), 1 cup tomato soup
d: baked potato with FF sour cream, cheddar; the last of my Wendy's salad with Kraft Free 1000 Island; milk

Also had a beer (2 pts). One.

35 WPAs - 3 = 32 remaining

Great Idea melissa - and I need this -seeing as I must get back on track - and get with the challenge!

My Plan:

Breakfast: sf/ff yogurt, instant plain oatmeal, decaf w/ff cream

Snack: fruit (banana?)

Lunch: will grab some of my Famous Froufie soup I have in the freezer for work. Maybe make a salad in the morning or cut up veggies as well.

Snack: lf cheese, green tea

Dinner: Buffet restaurant: salad w/dressing on the side, fish or chicken (whatever looks "plainer"), potatoes or veggies (depends on choices?) and fresh fruit or just tea/coffee for "dessert" - will enjoy the "company" instead of the food.

Hope to get out for lunchtime walk - not sure of weather report??? Hopefully no more rain? Otherwise it's wall pushups for me too!!! (actually if really motivated I will do some floor exercise before I shower - leg lifts, sit ups, pushups, etc).

okay, not as bad as I thought. Especially since we went to my brother's baseball game tonight and there were lots of concessions there to eat...but I didn't get any! That's a small victory, right?

Right! You did fine -- I, on the other hand, royally slipped. One of the DDs made a frozen pizza so I had to have some. While cleaning up the kitchen, I finished off the little bit of scalloped potatoes that was left in the pan. And I had more than one beer.

But ... tomorrow is another chance for another fresh start!

A Celebration for Kathy's 1000 post!

Considering how you have been feeling, its a wonder to me that you even care about what you are eating. And you needed some extra calories anyway, right?
