Default 30-Something's Goals: Week of May 1st

OK ladies, post away!

My goals:
1. Drink a gallon of water a day
2. Go to Curves at least 2x (don't think I'll make it 3x this week)

Default Here it goes...

Results from last week's goals:

1) Gym 5x this week Goal attained
2) No chips, cookies ,candy Goal attained
3) No second helpings had 2nd helping of fish on Thurs. night
4) No eating after 6:30p Goal attained
5) Snack only on fruits and vegetable Goal attained
YaY!!! 2lbs. lost!!
This week's goals:

1) Gym 5x this week
2) push-ups, sit-ups, and resistance bands 4x this week
3) No eating after 6:30p
4) No second helpings
5) No chips,cookies or candy
6) Snack only on fruits and vegetables

Let's see if I can do better with the 2nd helpings this week I am going to try to pump up my exercising as I plan on participating in the 30-Day Challenge for May. Here's the link:

Hi everyone
I'm going to stick with last week's goals b/c they went ok
Goals for the week:
1. run 5km on treadmill x 2 (now that I did it with my mum on the weekend I have to keep it up dammit LOL). did a 4 and a 6 does that count? 6 is a post-baby PB, go me
2. 2 x exercise bike - did it
3. track my food, i.e. write down every single thing I put in my mouth. A is for April and also for Accountability - did it, even down to the 3tsp of full-fat yoghurt I sneaked from DD's plate! - knowing I'm actually going to write it down has really helped with the snacking
4. Post weight on 'weigh-in thread' in Success stories forum. - did it, no change but looking forward to this week as home scales are telling a good story

NO snacks after 8 pm (2x)
No seconds YIPEE!!
walk 3 times NOPE (rain 5 days!!!!)


Goals for this week

1 snack at 8 (heathy snacks only!)
No seconds
Walk 3 times (if it's raining get on treadmill)

This is my first time in this. I am 36 yrs old, a mother of two wonderful girls and have exercised since January and weigh 171 now. I am only down 4 lbs. help.

Carola, First of all welcome. What type of exersize are you doing? I saw on another thread that you are doing ww, however I am not aquainted with it. Maybe if you switch your routine around or try another one? You can always join us at the week of . . . thread too. This is usually where we say what our goals are for the week. An example would be:

1. Drink more water
2. Go to the gym 3x
ETC.
