A pound is good. Pound a week=52 pounds in a year and all that.

yeh i know i know.....but......if i kept my head out the biscuit box i could make it 2lbs and 2lbs a week 52 weeks a year is 104lbs!!

Fab stuff Janey well done. I lost another two pounds this week, and met my May goal, so I am a happy bunny. Next target my birthday June 3rd!!!! Then I have a week off on my maintainance break, woo hoo!!!!
