Hi,I was wondering if someone would be nice enough to explain to me from step to step of how to add my weight tracker to my posts.I know it has something to do with cut and paste, but I have tried several times and I just dont understand it.Where do I look to find it after I cut and paste? Please explain to me what I have to do right from the start to the end.I have tried and cant seem to get it.
Thanks

Hi, go into your signature in the quick links, you will see a sample tracker there. Click on that and you will input your numbers, and pick the pictures you want for the tracker. Then the next step, they give you the html code equivelent that you will select. It is a chunck of text in a little box. select that with the mouse, copy it then reutrn to your signature where you will paste that text. Once you have done that, you can preview and see your signature.
try and follow the steps if its confusing try a couple of different ways until you get it.
good luck

great directions Jennie! When I did my tracker I had a hard time figuring out how to change my current weight to reflect my loss (and believe me, when those pounds start coming off I RACED home from my meeting to change my weight! ). Anyway, this is what I followed when I posted my question:

"You can either make a new one or edit your signature and change the numbers in the tracker code. Be careful if you do that, though. Look at your code and you'll see 112/75/110 That is your starting weight, goal weight, and current weight. Change the current weight (the last one) to whatever your new current weight is and it should update your tracker "

I love the trackers, such a neat way to see how far you have come!
