Default Are We Getting Enough Calories!!??

Ok I was thinking of how many calories were getting by how many points we eat, and I read somewhere that one point is roughly 50 calories...now I get 26 per day, which means I'm only getting 1300 calories??

I know your not supposed to go below 1200/day but for people who only get 20 points they are only getting 1000 calories a day?

Is this correct?? If not is there a way to figure out how many calories were getting per day?

Thumbs up

You're not counting your flex points. You get 35 a week. I divide them up into 5 extra points a day. Don't worry about calories on ww anyway. Just follow the program. It works!

You are no where near correct in how many calories. You have to add the calories for the zero point foods you consume - veggies, ff cool whip, etc. Also the calories for the APs and FPs. I enter my daily in Mastercook and it gives me calories, fat, protein, carbs etc. I have 22 points and usually eat around 1500 calories and stay within that - and don't use APs and very few FPs.

20 points = 1150 calories
22 points = 1250 calories
24 points = 1350 calories
26 points = 1450 calories
28 points = 1550 calories
30 points = 1650 calories
32 points = 1750 calories
34 points = 1850 calories
35 points = 1900 calories (Weekly Points Allowance)
36 points = 2050 calories

it DOES NOT include the 200-250 calories a day W/W built into the program for free veggies.
