Default whoa, the scale moved
Finally. I might be getting the hang of this because it moved down today and IHIT MY BIG GOAL

I had a goal in January 04 to lose 50 lbs by the time I am 50. I will be 50 in May and I got to my goal Today. Yay and thanks for the support everyone.

How exciting, Kally! Kudos to you and early yet! I have 14 months until my 50th birthday. I'd like to be down the whole 150 but will take whatever it is!

Thanks everyone. I really thought when I started that it wouldnt even take me the whole year, but it has taken more than a year. When I was 25 I lost 75 lbs in the same time, but the joys of growing older.

Now I have joined teh gym and I just feel great. Keep going everyone. I need to create my next goal now. Thanks again.
