Day 3 of getting back on track but who's counting?

B: Apple/Rhubarb crisp topped with rhubarb jello sort of stuff
Diet V8 Splash ... Kathy, you might like this flavor ... Raspberry Lime.
Very tart. It's my favorite of the diet V8 flavors!
S: Fresh pineapple and SF/FF yogurt w/SF apple cider powder mix
L: Zaxby's grilled chicken salad (points)
D: 96% ground beef, barley, lentil, edamame, and green bean soup
Green salad
S: SF/FF cheesecake pudding ... finally found some at Publix! Looking
forward to trying it, but will try to curb my expectations, based on
Vickie's experience!

This is going to be a bad day for me, I can already tell, because as the country song goes ... My Give a Damn's Busted.

So I stopped by Jack in the Box and had a breakfast jack and a small coke. Not too bad according to their site; 280 cal (6.5 pts) for the sandwich and a medium coke is 170 so my small should be around 120. I'll count 400 for the whole morning.

Now then:

Lunch: tomato soup, light string cheese, some sliced strawberries
Dinner: baked potato with FF cheese and sour cream

Nothing else.

Ohhhhh, Jack in the Box. I LOVED Jack in the Box. Luckily, we don't have them here anymore. I bet I'm still wearing some Breakfast Jacks around my belly! Oh and don't forget the tacos....I love the tacos too. When I used to make business trips to Dallas, I always wanted to go to Jack in the Box. Geesh, good thing they AREN'T here!

Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim and 1/2 cup of homemade watery applesauce

Lunch: My favorite omelet concoction at my nearby restaturant. Eggbeaters no oil, avocado, FF cheddar, and salsa. Fresh fruit cup.

Snack: Chocolate banana smoothie

WEIGH IN

Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl with chicken, whole pintos, medium salsa, hot salsa, guacomole, lettuce and some cheese (points). I'll add a 1/2 cup of brown rice that I'll make when I get home. Hubby goes and gets dinner while I'm in my meeting. What a guy!

Snack: Popcorn. I'm really craving that salt!

Kallie - what's "basa"?

...and what are Breakfast Jacks??? no jack in the boxes here so I am truly ignorant!

My dday - higher calorie day
1 egg mcmuffin (pts for cheese/english muffin)
decaf w/light cream

Snack: sf/ff yogurt

Lunch: 1 chocolate covered pretzel (YUM YUM)
BIG container of homemade beef/barley/veggie soup (boss came by and smelled it and wants my recipe!).
1 banana

Snack: 2 tangerines

Dinner - still have roast turkey breast at home - but frankly I'm sick of it! (hope someone else will finish it off?).
So not sure - in the mood for steak and baked potato and salad - will have to forage thru the freezer to see what we've got!

Hopefully that's it - oh and water - just finishing 2nd 18 oz bottle!

Frouf, it's a egg cheese ham sandwich on a bun. They probably have them at every fast food place in the world, but there's something about a Breakfast Jack that's special.

I ate a turkey wrap for lunch instead of soup. Now I'm going to have to really get busy on the water because I'm starting to feel like I've overdone it for the day. Already!

B: Banana smoothie made w/1 ripe banana and 1/2 cup skim milk and fruit muffins

L: grilled chicken, green beans, apple

S: ?

D: I'd like to make hamburger steak (ex lean) and oven fries or core onion rings.

Yes, I do eat almost the same thing at breakfast and lunch everyday. Make it easier on me that way.

I think basa is catfish. You buy it is filets and it has no bones. It is really good. My travelling menu seemed pretty good, but that is because I carried it with me. You gotta love the gal with the lunchbox.

my cravings are going bit by bit as i get rid of the sugar. i can feel it. I am still hungry, but less so for junk.

That's great Kally - good for you!

Ended up going to the mall with kids after work - and food court - had a small greek salad (just a squirt of dressing) and a garlic wedge...water...and that's it! (tasted one of ds's fries and it was just not that good!).

Kids had ice cream for "dessert" - dd had strawberry cheesecake ice cream which she couldn't finish and offered to me - and I politely declined (okay I did think about it for 1 second...then said no thanks!) ha ha ha
