Hi everyone. im starting phase 1 tomorrow so i shopped today. i really wanted to make chili one night but i cant find stewed tomatoes or kedney beans with out sugar...can anyone recomend a brand i can look for? i almost feel like i wish someone was with me to show me exactly what to buy. i really want to do this right this time...by the book ! please help...thanks

Any products that contain tomatoes will show sugar on the nutritional listing. That is because tomatoes have naturally occuring sugar which is perfectly good for you. What you want to look for when it come to these products is that the ingredient list shows no ADDED sugar. Same thing with the beans. Look at the ingredient listing.
