Default My New Idea for Weight Loss!

So I've done tons and tons of research and found a good idea, and so I thought I would pass it along, I haven't actually given it a try yet, but I used my mom as a test subject! It worked well and she managed to lose more than she has ever in her WW weigh in's. I even devised a little equation, yes I have too much time on my hands now that christmas is over

The idea is to keep your body guessing, this can be done by changing your caloric intake my varying your points each day. Based on my points system I would eat like this:

My points are supposed to be 30 a day.

Monday - 32.5 points
Tuesday - 26 points
Wednesday - 25.5 points
Thursday - 26 points
Friday - 26 points
Saturday -32.5 points
Sunday - 25.5 points

You end up with less points over all for the week, by 16 points, and I suppose you could adjust to have more. I am going to start trying this, as soon as I can go grocery shopping I am always willing to try something new, and the concept behind it makes sense to me.. lemme know if you try it, I want to see if works for everyone!

-Aimee

Also, let me know if you want my equation!
