Just little ole me posting on the thread.
I did not weigh yesterday and I imagine lots of others didn't either.
Maureen weighs on Fridays but said she wasn't going to today.
It's cooler weather now and that is the perfect time for hot cocoa with marshmallow. Yummy. I went to Starbucks this afternoon for a tall hot chocolate, made with skim milk. It was heavenly.
I hope everyone is well and will post their thoughts on weighing in or not.

Didn't WI this week. It was TOM and I didn't think mentally I could handle another gain even if it wasn't real. I did WI this morning at home though and it says I'm down some. I have been doing better staying OP so hopefully I will start losing the 10 I've gained since I was at my lowest.
I've been noticing some people have a little chick at the bottom in their sig. line that has a voice bubble with lbs lost in it. How do we get that? I think that is so cute.

Finally a weight loss, down 4.2 this week but that is the first significant one since the beginning of Sept.
My goal is still getting into the ones, by leader says this is realistic, I am glad she didn't tell me that by their books I still have almost one hundred to go. Thirty sounds much more doable for now.
Mimi, I agree with you about 30 being doable. I've been thinking about rejoining WW after the first of the year. Maybe that would get me over this standstill.
Hot chocolate. I think I'm in need of some right now. lol
Sis, I haven't seen the little chick with the bubble, but I would have no clue how to get it. I'm not the best computer person on earth.

Mimi, that was a great loss you had and I hope you have another one this week.
I have been exercising. But, I had too many diet drinks and Chinese food yesterday. So, I will put off weighing until tomorrow or Saturday. I'm hoping for a loss of any kind.

I've lost 2 pounds that I gained a few weeks ago. Now, I just have to work on those same 8 pounds that refuse to come off.

Yippee down 2 more this week. I really am motivated again, and staying on the program. I am dreading all those Christmas treats, I just can't ask the boys to do without, I will have to tough it out. Congrats to all you losers and hang in there for all the rest.

No one in the States will be weighing in tomorrow. I doubt if many will weigh on Friday. This is a difficult time of year---so many temptations out there.

It sounds cold outside. Haven't been out, but the wind is blowing so much. I think maybe I'll go back to bed for a short while, and then get up and get started on deviled eggs for tomorrow's family dinner.
