Arrow Newbie---> Started SBD Nov. 1! 20 lbs to lose!
Hi, everyone! I have been reading these forums for quote some time now, but just registered today! I just started SBD November 1. I have done it before, but can't seem to stay on track with it, so I am starting over (again!). Everyone seems so knowledgeable and supportive! I look forward to posting!
