I know some of the articles I've read say that plans like SBD only work because they limit calories, but I know that the removal of sugar and simple carbs from my diet has made limiting those calories so much easier.
Yeah, and if I get a real bad craving a chocolate & orange ricotta cream always satisfies - and that's something I never would have thought of eating before.
