Hey all! I got a question for ya! I think I read where we should have good oil daily. I know my MIL is on the new WW core program and has to have 2 tbls of good oil a day. I was wondering why you should have oil everyday and how much we should have everyday and is there a limit on how much. Thanks chicks.
20-30 grams of fat is needed daily so that your body can utilize the nutrients in your food. I Tablespoon of olive oil has 119 calories and 14 grams of fat so is included in the CORE program. Of course there would be a limit on how much as it does contain calories.
