Default Monday's Menus

My first day on CORE:

Breakfast: shredded wheat w/ff milk, sliced banana
Snack: frozen grapes (yummy, like a popsicle)
Lunch: Core Soup with Turkey Burger
Snack: Baby carrots dipped in ff ranch dressing
Dinner: Roast Beef with baked potato w/ff sour cream and corn with
I can't believe it's not butter spray
Snack: A White Peach

Not too bad for my first day of my "new way of life". As long as I get my cereal in the morning, I don't care what I have to eat the rest of the day!

Penny, don't forget to count pts for the crackers, low fat cheese and baked chips ok? I'm not sure about skinny cow, is that an icecream? then count the pts for it to. Just checking with you! You may have already did this.
