Hey everyone, I've never posted here (I'm not really sure why!) but I frequently post at the 100 lb club.

My name is Dana, I'm 20, a college student, and trying to lose 100 pounds total. I've lost somewhere around 20, probably a little less due to adjusting to being back here, food and exercise wise. I will prevail though!

So I just wanted to say 'ello, hope to get to know you ladies (and gents, if there are any! wouldn't want to exclude anyone).

Hey Dana! I am new to the message boards and am trying to make friends to help me through this long and difficult journey! I am 22 yrs old, and I need to lose about 120 more pounds to be healthy (we'll work on looking perfect later!!!) Would love to hear of any techniques or methods you have been using!!
