Default Granulated soy

I'm a soy newbie - can somebody tell me what granulated soy is? There is a green bean casserole posted in the Food forum that I'd like to try (it's not vegetarian or I'd post it here - however it could probably be modified pretty easy) and I'm not familiar with granulated soy.

Thank you!

I think that granulated soy is what's also called TVP or TSP (textured vegetable protein or textured soy protein). I've never used it much, but I do believe that they are the same thing. It comes dry in a bag, and usually you rehydrate it with hot water.

Thanks! That is what I was hoping. I have that locally and it doesn't look difficult or expensive. My kind of food!
