Maybe you should take a break for a while? Sometimes you can't force yourself to do something you don't mentally want to do yet.

Better luck tomorrow. I am sure you will be back on the wagon soon! Hang in there.

What Randi said is totally true. You can't stick with something you're not enjoying or like to do. I've got to admit induction isn't on my list of favorite or able things to do anymore. lol, this week of re-induction lasted a total of....1/2 a day

Big Hugs !!!

First of all you are NOT the devil, you are very much human. I've been having a hard time since christmas. I start new EVERY day. Hang in there, it will come.

YEAH !!! its tomorrow, and guess what MM, you can start again, isn't it beautiful

You know what helps me? I try not to think about tomorrow, I try just to deal with one meal at a time because its starting to get to overwhelming to me.

There's a lady here at work that lost 70 lbs last year, and would you know she is in the same rut we are all in, she said to me yesterday that last year she could have a box of cookies in her house and she didn't even want a crumb, this year, thats all she wants, and I can relate to it. She said to me she has no doubt she's gained back about 15 lbs but she's starting again.

She said that she's not going to worry about portions and stuff, she just wants to get back to eating the right foods for a few weeks and then she will ween herself into portion control and what not.

She's 100% right in my eyes because I am doing the same thing, this week I am weening myself off of carbs, next week I will do better, and the week after, even more better.

I guess my point is, go slow, make better choices and before you know it you'll be back on plan. Beating ourselfs up will only lead to binging, so be careful. If you ruin one meal don't ruin the next. We really can do this

Love yah !!

Leenie is absolutely correct (is it any wonder I love this board?? You all are such great support!!). Take it a day/meal at a time. Try not to worry so much about portion right now. We're all learning a new WOE and it's hard sometimes to make the right choices. I'm not a person with a lot of self control so I've been slipping lately. It happens. Just pick yourself up and start over
