Default How do I re-gain my momentum???? HELP.

I did well on my vacation however when I came home I went a little wild. Pizza, chinese, sweets etc for the past 5 days. Please give me some tips. I have been "on" SBD for 6wks and lost 15.5 in the first month, the past two weeks I have been maintaining which was fine when I was OP but now I KNOW it is b/c of my cheating that I am not losing. I am actually up 1.5 as of today. I really need some new motivation. How did you gain your motivation after a bad stint. TIA!

OOPS I tried to edit my Thread question but it didn't work. I guess I need to proof read more often  hopefully it makes sense to enough of you so that I will get some suggestions.

Default Hang on!

Just focus on what you've lost and how much you want to continue! You can do it. Bad foods are like a drug, very addicting. You need to be stronger than that.

Maybe a week back on Phase I would get you in the groove!

I'm with Ruth... head straight back into a strict Phase I for a week. You'll soon get back on track, Grace!

Do you have the book? Read it again. I also agree with starting with Phase I again.

I agree with the chickies Phase 1, and just keep focusing on all the good things that you have done for your body lately and forget about the bad. Think of it as a bad dream. Just jump back on the wagon.

Yes, that's the wonderful thing about Beach Life -- you just "downshift" to Phase I when you've been "speeding" OP for a bit. We're all human, after all
