Gaining Weight! Help!
For the past 6 days, I have done nothing but gain weight. 5 lbs!!!
I don't understand what the problem is. I have hit my target points each day (24 points), I drink 2 quarts of water and exercise daily.
I am getting very frustrated! If I cheat and gain, I can understand but to be so super strict and be gaining is very very discouraging.
Any ideas? Suggestions?
I had been having trouble not losing at all over the past six months so I recently changed my exercise routine and modified how I use my points to get a better balance of carbs, proteins, fats. So I'm really at a loss for what is going on now.
