Talking Are low carb bars okay?

I have another crazzzzy question. Are the low carb bars okay to eat for breakfast? As a previous breakfast lover I now wake up not wanting more eggs. Is it okay to eat a low carb bar for breakfast? During the week I get up at 5am and eat lunch by 11am. I just want to eat something small to tide me over.

Thanks!

Sorry but low carb bars will probably stall your weightloss. This Dr. A. does NOT approve.
Think outside the box and have something else for breakfast - leftover meat or chicken, cheese or PB on celery, chili, soup! Endless possibilities!
Do a search on "breakfast" in the FAQ section or this one. I know it's been discussed before.

Keep some cold meat (like fat free deli meats) and low fat cheeses on hand. You can have a European style breakfast without the breads. Also remember you can have nuts and low-fat plain yogurt. Slice some celery sticks (or other vege sticks) and keep them in the refrigerator in an airtight container so you can grab a handful on the run. Tomatoes are great for this because they don't need cooking.
