portions
Can we get some thoughts and views on portion size? I noticed that several people are worried about it (including me). I thought Dr A was of the opinion that you might have bigger portions at first in phase one, but gradually you would want to eat less, so more or less eat as much as you like of legal food. But then he does suggest some limits (eg half a cup of this, cup of that as being the 'serving'). So I am a bit confused. And I noticed as I cooked today that I was using olive oil fairly freely (dressing my salad with it, putting some in the pan to fry with), and although I sometimes use the oil water spritzer, I dont always. Is this a problem?
Any advice from you experienced beach babes?
