Today was my weigh-in day - I lost 1 lb this week (4 last week). Halfway to my V-day goal! Yippppeee!

My TOPS group was cancelled this week because of the holiday today, so I won't weigh-in again this week. Hopefully, I'll finally have a big loss to report next week.

Well, I lost 1 lb. this past week, bringing me to 174. Glad for the loss, but was hoping for more (had a really great week).
