Hi! Not really a weight loss question, but I'm running out of resources and hope you folks can help me. Just returned from a wonderful two week vacation in England and Scotland. We all fell in love with the Flapjack Cookies (dipped in chocolate of course) we bought at Sainsbury's. I want to make some for Christmas and can't find a recipe. All I get are American style pancake recipes (we call those flapjacks here).
