Talking ONEderland at last!!!
Whew!!!! I finally made it!! I honestly had begun to wonder if I was ever going to get here since I spent the last month at the same weight. **sigh** Of course that was mostly my fault because I was definitely not eating mostly healthy (my chocolate consumption could have been considered 2 food groups!!)

I guess I can honestly tell you that these last four pounds disappeared due to good ole exercise.. Thank heavens for Leslie Sansone!!

I'm back on track and doing great now. Am going to join in the points challenge here in a sec even though I'm 10 days behind. Water great today, food great.. I have to exercise when I get home today since I smacked the snooze bar through my workout this morning!!

Wooohoooo! It's great to be motivated again!!

Haha!!! Celebrate?? Well, I had all sorts of plans but it's taken me so dang long to get here (I know, lots of you have been at it waay longer than me--but it seems like forever!) that I've forgotten most of them!! LOL, I'm thinking herbal body wrap.. I had a non-herbal body wrap back in Sept. and it was great!!! Local salon has 3 herbal wraps for 100 bucks. Sounds fair.. 100 bucks for being in the 100's at last!!

What am I doing? Well, the only that I've been consistently doing is exercise. Walk Away the Pounds with Leslie Sansone. The water and healthy eating have come and gone at times but I've been exercising all along. Halloween was bad (waaay bad) but since I continued to exercise I only gained about 2 pounds and they quickly came off when eating got back to normal.

I've got to start getting into the Pilates and BowFlex though. If I want to look good in my short shorts and bikini top at the Talladega race in April I need to get to work on those jiggleys!!

I should be there by now too but have been stuck for several months. Hanging in at 207. And actually grateful not to be gaining. But onederland would be so marvelous. Any room left over there?
