Default Sugar free puddding?

Hello, How do you make yours? I use 1 1/2 cups of water with the same amount of whipping creme, is this too much cream?? Thank You

Whipping cream? OK on Atkins but it should be skim on SBD.

Don't mix the water with the skim milk though - just do straight skim milk. You want lighter versions of dairy on SBD.

Emily - milk isn't allowed on Atkins, so people mix water and cream for milk.

Again, don't think that SB is the same as Atkins just because it is low carb. They are very different.
No dairy products (see book) are allowed in phase 1 but some low fat milks and yogurts can be added in phase 2.

I haven't tried making it with water.(sugar free pudding) Is it just as good. I mainly will eat it for the chocolate. I can do without any of the others. Joanne
