It's Working!!!!
I just have to say I am so impressed with this suggested way of eating (I hate the "D" word). Not only have I lost five pounds since Saturday, I have so much more energy in the evenings and I'm not constantly hungry anymore.
I have been exercising and eating well (but lots of carbs) for almost three years so I'm shocked that I could have this drastic of a weight loss in one week. The first two years I lost about 7 pounds a year. This year, however, the only way I had any weight loss was when I had my tonsils removed and it came back as soon as I could eat normally. I've been struggling for the last 12 months to get off this plateau and I think I have finally found my solution.
