We are trying so hard to stay afloat, be good and OP.

We are trying NOT to slip back into the old routine and comfort foods.

Although we know better, we do let the old way of thinking creep in.

But, this time we react to it by saying, OK, that's over get back OP. Before we would have went off for days and made lots of excuses.

This is a FOREVER plan and one that we have to work at daily, hourly, minute by minute.

It is HARD, but easy.

We are reaping the rewards, slow or fast, but we are so much better for our effort.

Give someone a hug and a kind word today.
YOU will feel better and so will they.

Thanks again to everyone for the warm b-day wishes yesterday. I made it a lovely day. Everyone should make themselves and others feel special.

I can't wait for dinner tonight! The place is absolutely gorgeous (priced fixed around $60/ head! My parents are taking 9 of us!!), the service is amazing and the food is the kind you don't just taste, you experience!!! What should I wear!!?? The bigger question is what shall I eat!!!?
