Default Amazing!

Congratulations on your success after dedication and hard work? Do you still find it challenging? I had a few days of protein craving even after a month of strict eating then bought a vegan protein powder. I'll see how it works over a few weeks. I've found i can easily eat 800 kcal in oatmeal with flaxseed, chia and other healthy additives. I've gained weight eating no processed foods so I'm going to so more cardio over weights and eat less nut butters. More protein. I've found it relatively easy to cook at home vs restaurants. Do you keep it simple or cook more time intensive meals?

Thank you! I do cook at home a bit more, mostly simple meals. Dh is still omni so often my meal is same as his minus the meat. I have been experimenting a little. This week's new recipe was baked falafel, which I already knew I liked from visiting Israel.
Over time my calorie intake has risen;that needs to reverse. I'm restless at the pokey loss lately. The protein really is a non-issue so long as you eat a variety of veggies. I eat a lot of beans and lentils. (The stomach begins producing more of the enzymes needed to digest them.)
