Question Type 2 Diabetes and Beck Diet Solution?
Hi,
I'm curious if there are any other people with type 2 diabetes following the Beck Diet Solution? Have you run into any particular stumbling blocks or had to modify this diet to correlate with your diabetes such as preventing low blood sugar.

Hi Jaye_Destiny! The Beck Diet Solution doesn't have a food plan -- it has many techniques for following the food plan of your choosing, including plans designed to work for people with diabetes.
