Default Getting excited

I am a 43 yr old female trying to lose. I have fought this weight issue all my life. I started a mth ago at 220 in the gym and not really dieting just trying to make better choices. I am as of 5 weeks in down to 215 I dont want to starve myself or crave foods I was just wondering if people think This is a good way or should I do more I am tired of looking at the fat chick in the mirror.

Welcome to 3FatChicks! I think losing a pound a week is good. The only suggestion I would make is to try to make everything you eat contain nutrition of some kind. Limit empty calories and focus on whole foods.

You're doing great. Keep up the good work!
