Question Almased & apple cider vinegar & vitamins/supplements

Hi there. I am about to embark on Almased diet and have a couple of Qs for the experts :0)
1. Can I continue taking my 20 ml of apple cider vinegar daily when on the fasting phase of the plan?
2. I am taking quite a few vitamins and supplements daily (Fish oil, D3+K2, Curcumin, CoQ10, Magnesium, Ca ...). Can I continue with the supplement regimen when of fasting phase?
Thank you and cheers!

I haven't heard of Almased before, but according to their website, during the fasting phase, "Have three Almased shakes per day as well as plenty of water, herbal tea and homemade vegetable broth."

The shakes are not a balanced diet, so I think you'll need supplements. The shakes also won't give you enough calories each day, and they have too much sugar. If you want my advice, I recommend not fasting and just eating a healthy and balanced diet. You don't need to starve yourself to lose weight.
