I've been working hard to lose weight, both exercising and dieting the past 7 weeks.

So far, until the statistics of yesterday morning, I had lost 6 lbs.

But then suddenly yesterday afternoon after lunch, I weighed 3 lbs heavier!!!

And this morning, the extra 3 lbs is intact!!!

Could it be PMS, as it is that time for me?

Yes it is PMS.

I'm the same way. I gained 6 pounds in a week from PMS. I exercised and ate right and only lost 2 of the 6 pounds. I'm still on my period. So I'm hoping in a couple of days I'll be the weight I used to be, or less.

It does go away though.

Yeah, I'm really upset that I have been working for the past month, and the scale hasn't changed > I'm hoping to see a change next week once the TOM is over.
