I'm the same way. I gained 6 pounds in a week from PMS. I exercised and ate right and only lost 2 of the 6 pounds. I'm still on my period. So I'm hoping in a couple of days I'll be the weight I used to be, or less.
Yeah, I'm really upset that I have been working for the past month, and the scale hasn't changed > I'm hoping to see a change next week once the TOM is over.
