Easter success - and survival :)
Wow, Easter holidays are over and I feel amazing: lots of water, fresh foods, outdoors and indoors workouts eveyday AND eating chocolates when I felt like it.
I do not feel like crap eating too much and too sugary and not moving.
It was all about balance, having a good time and still making my well-being a priority.
I am celebrating because it's the first year that I do this 100% balanced (no restriction nor overindulging) and wanting to tell you all that THIS IS POSSIBLE
