I am a girl in her mid 20s looking for a positive, warm girl up to her mid 30s to support each other keeping diet and exercise on track via Whatsapp.
Ideally we would interact on a daily basis and exchange photos of our meals and workouts as well as motivational messages and why not, our emotional struggle.
I am 5'8', weight around 140 pounds and want to go down to 120 pounds. :-)
I have no hurry, more than reaching my goal, I want to learn to control myself and establish a healthier relationship with food.
I will be eating a pretty plant based diet, higher in protein, water and fresh vegetables and lower in carbs and fats. (Than I usually eat)
I will be jogging almost everyday, meditating, stretching, doing dome weight training at home and windsurfing when the weather gets a little warmer.
