JUST WANTED TO CHECK IN NOT DOIN TO BAD ON THIS I THINK I MIGHT HAVE LOST MAYBE 2 LBS WHICH IS GOOD I DONT GO BACK TILL TUESDAY AND ITS HARD TO TRY TO WATCH EVERYTHING YOU EAT ESPECIALLY WHEN MY HUSBAND WANTS TO EAT LATE AT NIGHT SO I TRY TO EAT BEFORE 7;00 AND ILL MAKE HIM SOMETHING LATER. I STARTED TO EXCERCISE IN THE EVENING I WAS DOIN IT IN THE MORING BUT I GO TO WORK TO EARLY TO DO THAT AND HOORAY FOR THE PEOPLE THAT HAVE LOST AND DOIN GOOD I KNOW I CAN DO THIS BECAUSE IT IS SOMETHING THAT I REALLY WANT TO DO FOR MYSELF.....
