Hey Y'all! I'm new around these parts. Starting my journey all over again. I stepped on the scale this morning for the first time in quite a few months. I weighed in at a whopping 313lbs!!!
I couldn't believe it. I did the diet and exercise thing about 3 years ago when I weighed 297. I lost 65 lbs! I was so proud of myself. Only started with the diet until I was at a comfortable weight then I started to exercise. I started one of Jillian Michaels routines and I really liked it. However I SAW no results the numbers didn't change on the scale or in measurements. I got discouraged. So I stopped working out. I maintained within 15 lbs for about a year. Then I started college full time and the rest is history! I am back at it again because I regret quitting in the first place. I will be here for a while as I have quite a bit to lose so I'll see ya around!
