Hi Betty16, Welcome and I feel ya. I too am new and don't know a whole lot about the website but I post daily on the thread called May accountability. It is under weight loss support groups. They have been very supportive and welcoming and everybody is doing whatever works for them and giving advice if needed. Try that area. See you there!
