Burn body fat and sculpt arms with #5 weights. I haven't done this in a long time. Reminds me when I first walked 6 mi about 10 yr. ago. I had been doing 2 mi regularly so I thought it would be no problem. ha By the 3rd day I could hardly walk.

Finished washing the floor now to vacuum. Forgot to say we have hills, which makes walking more challenging.

Our eliptical is broke.........boo hoo. Think maybe one of the grandkids stuck something down in the wheel well. My son, if he ever has time, will take it apart and check it out.
