Hi everyone,
I "rebooted" my diet back in August, and did reasonably well until the dreaded Christmas holiday season! So, I let myself go and gained about 4 pounds back. Not so bad, but it definitely stalled my momentum! Once again, I am turning to 3FC for support. I am 20 pounds away from Onederland, and would love to get there before the summer. I can't post everyday, but even when I just lurk I enjoy the support on this site--it's pretty awesome.
I am doing my best to stay away from carbs (they are my mortal enemies), make healthier choices over all, and watch those portion sizes. Water and exercise are my biggest challenges! Anyone else looking to get to Onderland by June?
